Inclusive Digital Learning Products and Social Emotional Learning - November Newsletter
Newsletter, November 2021

Inclusion & SEL are not new topics. However, given everything that’s happened in the past year and a half, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social-Emotional Learning are at the front and center of conversations in Education.

Creating inclusive learning products can no longer be a ‘differentiator’ or a ‘USP’ for education companies. Today, buyers and decision-makers are looking for evidence of DEI in the content. They are looking for elements of Social Emotional Learning embedded in curriculum and products and not just as a stand-alone piece of curriculum. Students want to relate to the content they are learning and see their stories in there.

For companies, It is important to bring these areas upstream in the product development process rather than relegating them as an afterthought. Envision and conceptualize inclusive products rather than retrofitting them with disparate elements. This means using a new lens to define the product journeys and changing the way we do things.

Companies that adapt to this change will be the ones who win in this new era of digital learning. The era of digital learning for everyone.

Over the past year or so, like most of you, we found ourselves in a situation where organizations, learners, and instructors relied heavily on us to help them navigate the new normal of digital learning.

Our new brand was born out of this need and realization. We’re putting the learner at the front and center of everything we do

In line with Magic EdTech’s corporate rebranding, our Learning Experience and Outcomes platform MagicBox has a new logo and identity as well.

“Passion for your work is a little bit of discovery, followed by a lot of development, and then a lifetime of deepening.”
