How do I edit school administrators?
Do the following to edit the details of a school admin:
- Log in as a Publisher.
- Click the School menu in the left panel.
- Click the School Admin sub-menu. You see a screen
similar to the one shown below: - Choose a school admin you wish to make changes to. You can:
- Scroll down the list or move to the next page, if required, or
- Use the Search box on the top-right of the
screen.
- Click the
in the “Edit”
column of the admin user you selected. You see a screen similar to the
one displayed below: - Make appropriate changes to the details. You cannot make any change to
the Email for the school admin. - Click the Update button. You see the changes made in
the School Admin list:
