How do I Adding content to a license?
Perform the following steps to add content to a license:
- Log in as Publisher.
- Click the License menu in the left panel.
- Click the Manage License sub-menu. You see a screen
similar to the one shown below: - Locate the license you wish to work with form the list.
- Click the
button for
the license. You arrive at the Edit License Step 1 – License screen. - Click the Next button. You arrive at the Edit
License Step 2 – Content Titles screen as displayed below: - Identify the content to add using any of the following:
- Collection,
- Reading Level, or
- Content Type.
- Click the Next button. You arrive at the Edit
License Step 3 – License screen. - Click the Next button. You arrive at the Edit
License Step 4 – Confirm screen. - Click the Print button if you wish to print the
purchase order. - Click the Confirm Order button. You arrive at the
screen with the confirmation message. - Check the box next to Would you like to mail this information
to customer. if you wish to send it to the customer. - Click the OK button to save the changes made.
