Enhancing Learning Outcomes with MagicBox
Magic Software partners with Clever
Magic Software, a leading education technology provider, announced today that it has partnered with Clever to successfully deploy MagicBox, a cloud based digital publishing, distribution and analytics platform, at one of the largest school districts in Florida. Around 100,000 students were successfully on-boarded in a single day to access and use content from publishing partners.
MagicBox is the perfect learning tool for students. The combination of interactive e-books and purposeful teacher tools fosters a learning environment that is highly engaging. MagicBox easily integrates with any of Learning Management System eliminating the need for the students to use different learning environments for different subjects. In addition, MagicBox can be used in a variety of instructional settings from delivering curricular content in the classroom to intervention, English language development, libraries and summer school. MagicBox integrated with Clever eliminates the challenges faced by students and teachers who are sometimes required to maintain multiple credentials for the various platforms used in their district.
“We are excited to work with Clever to help school districts continue to improve their learning environments for students, teachers, and administrators,” says Acky Kamdar, Chief Executive Officer at Magic Software. “This relationship between Magic and Clever empowers teachers and students with the ability to effectively access rich content with no extra data management tasks for teachers and administrators.”
The Clever integration with MagicBox streamlines the login process for students and saves classroom time as a result. Clever is growing rapidly into a market leader in the Edtech space and serves 90 out of the top 100 K-12 public schools in the country while reaching out to over 60,000 schools. Clever is FERPA compliant and allows school districts to retain full ownership and control of their student information and protect that data with industry-leading encryption. Magic Software integrated the ‘Clever Secure Sync’ feature to seamlessly sync and manage student data from Student Information System (SIS).
Ben Adida, Vice President of Product and Engineering says, “We are excited to partner with Magic Software to enable MagicBox to provide the industry-leading content delivery solutions for US schools. MagicBox integration takes full advantage of Clever to streamline the school rostering and simplified logins to make digital content easily accessible to students.”
